Arête Return Policy

Arête has a standard two week return policy.

  • The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Returns are handled by partner brands, and return shipping is subject to each brand’s discretion. When customers initiate a refund with Arête, the respective brand will process the return.

Returns

Refunds will be initiated by Arête when a customer requests a refund in the Arête iOS App. Refund requests can also be made by emailing info@areteforyou.com.

Refunds through Arête are only eligible for those items that qualify for our centralized checkout. Brands whose purchase links redirect to their respective website are subject to their own policies.

Guest Orders: If you placed your order as a guest, you must create an Arête account in order to request and manage a return yourself. If you prefer, you can contact our team to help you facilitate the return.

Please note that multiple orders from different brands cannot be returned with a single return request and in the same box; orders will need to be shipped separately with several return requests.

When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by Arête. Arête reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved by the respective brand, Arête will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. In the event the returned merchandise does not pass the quality check and is not approved, Arête reserves the right to withhold the payment and keep the returned merchandise.
